Relief from duties

Upon obtaining the written approval of the Executive Director, Belize Trade and Investment Development Service, the Company shall be permitted to import such quantity of such items free of customs duty, and revenue replacement duty as shall have been proved unavailable from suitable local products or raw materials, and necessary for the establishment/expansion and operation of the Company, and for the sole use thereof, but limited toAircrafts (along with spare parts) – (10 aircrafts) Fiscal Incentives 73 Aircrafts Engines and propellers – (39 propellers and 27 Engines) Machinery, Tools and Equipment Utility Vehicles – (1) Three-ton Truck, (1) Shuttle Van Transport Vehicles – (4) Golf Carts
