Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the principals of Maya Group Limited shall provide domestic air transport flights throughout the country of Belize at its location, Municipal Airstrip, Belize City. Maya Group Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act.
