Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the enterprise Mahogany Bay Management Limited shall establish and maintain 204 condominiums units, which includes the Great House, a bar & restaurant, a banquet hall, and a business centre, as its location Sea Grape Drive, San Pedro Town. The Mahogany Bay Management Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act.
