Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the enterprise Belize Sri-Luck Plastics Limited, located at B2 Industrial Site, Ladyville, Belize District, shall seek to expand and modernize its business by establishing a production line to continue manufacture affordable and quality plastic packaging, including preforms, plastic covers, caps and bottles. Sri-Luck Plastics Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act.
