Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the principals of Caribbean Premier Products, located at 963 Forest Drive, City of Belmopan, specialising in drink and frozen fruit snacks will be establishing new departments (Packaging, Development, Agro-processing and Snack Food Processing), achieving HACCP certification, securing CARICOM markets and launching a new diabetic fruit drink and wine products. Caribbean Premier Products (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act.
