Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the enterprise located at Santander Farms Limited (an affiliated company of green Tropics Ltd.), located at Meditation and Castille areas commonly known as Banana Bank, Cayo District, shall develop a modern agricultural farm to produce sugarcane for sale to its sugar refinery, Santander Sugar Limited. Santander Farms (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act.
