Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the enterprise located at 4787 Development Company Limited, 1 ½ Miles North of San Pedro, Belize District, shall construct a luxury resort featuring 40 suites, 16 Casitas, Restaurant, Conference Facility, 4 Pools and a Commercial Laundry Facility. 4787 Development Company Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act.
