Declaration of enterprise and development enterprise

It is hereby declared that the enterprise located at Port of Big Creek, Independence Village, Stann Creek District, shall provide a world class import and export facility by expanding and upgrading the Port of Big Creek facilities which includes dredging and construction on both onshore and offshore. Toledo Enterprises Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be an approved enterprise under the Fiscal Incentives Act.
