The fees for an application made under section 19 of the Fiscal Incentives Act shall be as followsSize of Investment Investments of less than $100,000.00 $50.00 Investments of less than $100,000.00 but not exceeding $200,000.00 $100.00 Investments of not less than $200,000.00 but not exceeding $300,000.00 $250.00 MADE by the Minister responsible for investment this 5th day of October, 2020.
