Matters excepted from the Act

Nothing in this Act relating to pleading or procedure shall apply to or affect any information or indictment for any common 113 nuisance, other than a common nuisance which endangers the lives, safety or health of the public, or injures the person of any individual, but that information or indictment may be filed or preferred as if this Act had not passed.
