Declaration Of Banks (Evidence) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
It is hereby declared that “The Provident Bank and Trust of Belize Limited” and “The Alliance Bank of Belize Limited” are both “banks” within the meaning of sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Evidence Act.
