Treatment of serious offences

If anyone commits an offence which is considered by an alcalde to be of a more serious nature than those set out in section 73, or any indictable offence, he shall be conveyed on an order of the alcalde to the nearest summary jurisdiction court and the offender shall be dealt with according to law.
