Fees and costs

(1) The fees and costs set forth in the tables in the Schedule shall be demanded and received by the clerk of every court for and in respect of the several matters therein mentioned and in the absence of the clerk, or if there is no clerk, they shall be demanded and received by the magistrate. (2) The fees and costs, or any of them, including amounts for service of process, may from time to time be annulled or altered by an Order of the Minister, and other fees and costs and amounts may in like manner be fixed and imposed. (3) Every Order made under sub-section (2), shall be published in the Gazette, and shall take effect on the publication or on the day appointed therein.
