Proceedings by or against officer of the courts

Subject to section 14, any civil or criminal proceeding by or against any officer of a court for any offence or matter cognisable by that court may be brought in the court of any adjoining judicial district, the last mentioned court shall have full jurisdiction and power in the matter of the proceeding.
