Process of magistrate valid throughout Belize

(1) All summons, warrants, orders, judgments, writs of execution or process or proceedings, issued out of any court, shall have full force and effect in, and may be executed or served at, any place within Belize by a bailiff of any court, by any police officer or other constable, or by any other person specifically authorised to execute or serve them. (2) All summons, warrants, orders, convictions and recognisance and all other process of any court, shall be issued or made under the hand of the magistrate.
