Assault on bailiff in execution of duty

A person who– (a) assaults, obstructs or resists a bailiff in the execution of his or her duty; or (b) makes, or attempts to make, any rescue of any personal property taken in execution under the process of the court, is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months.
