Council bailiff

(1) Sections 35 and 36 (1) (a), shall not apply to a bailiff appointed under section 30 (1). (2) No summons, orders, writs or process shall be assigned by a magistrate to a bailiff appointed under section 30, other than summons, orders, writs or process arising out of or connected with proceedings in which the City or Town Council, as the case may be, by which such bailiff was appointed is the plaintiff or complainant.
