All proceedings that, immediately before the 21st day of June, 2000, are pending before the former Belize Family Court or any other District Family Court shall continue to be heard and disposed of by that court as if this Act had not been passed. 12 SCHEDULE FAMILY COURTS ACT Jurisdiction of the Courts [Section 6] 1.
