Regional Judicial and Legal Services Commission

(1) The Commission shall possess full juridical personality including, in particular, full capacity to contract. (2) The Commission shall consist of the persons who shall be appointed in the manner and for the periods set out in paragraphs (1) to (7) of Article V and paragraph (2) of Article VI of the Agreement.
