Saving of the Supreme Court Rules, 1926

The Supreme Court Rules 1926, Proclamation No. 2 of 1927, and any amendment in force thereof at the commencement of this Act shall, notwithstanding the repeal of the Supreme Court Act CAP. 153., C. L. 1924 remain in operation until the annulment thereof, in whole or in part, by any rules made under this Act.
