Qualification of Registrar

The Registrar shall be a barrister or solicitor or a holder of the Legal Education Certificate having at least five years standing in that capacity, Registrar. 13 of 1975. 16 Provided that the Public Services Commission, may, for good and sufficient reason, appoint some fit and proper person not possessing any of these qualifications to be Registrar.
