Delivery of judgment in vacation

(1) Any judge may, during the vacation, deliver judgment or make an order in any cause or matter then awaiting the decision (2) Every judgment delivered or order made under this section shall have the same force and effect as if it had been delivered or made during the ordinary sitting of the Court by the judge whose judgment it is.
