Declaring Court a Colonial Court of Admiralty

It is hereby declared that the Court is a Court of Admiralty having, and capable of exercising, the jurisdiction conferred on a court of law in a British possession under the Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act 1890, c. 27, which was brought into force in Belize on 1st July 1911, by Order of His Majesty the King in Council, G. G. 1911, p. 156, S. R. O. 1911 No. 440, p.19, dated 4th May 1911. 22
