Court to have control of security

The Court shall have full control over any security given for an appeal from the decision of any inferior court and may enforce the same summarily by order or may cancel or mitigate the forfeiture of such security, either generally or upon such terms as to the Court seem equitable and just and no security shall be enforced without an order of the Court.
