Deputy registrar for the Districts

(1) The Public Services Commission may appoint some fit and proper person as deputy registrar of the Court for the Northern District and for the Southern District respectively. (2) The deputy registrar shall perform in that District such duties as may be assigned to him by the Registrar as well as the duties of marshal of the Court.
