Judges of Court

(1) The judges of the Court shall be such as are laid down in section 3(2) and shall be appointed and shall hold office in all respects in accordance with that section. (2) The President shall be the senior judge of the Court and subject thereto, the judges shall hold seniority in order of their appointments or, if two or more judges are appointed on the same day, then in order of their seniority to high judicial office. In the absence of the President the senior judge present at any sitting of the Court shall preside at the sitting.
