Case stated by Supreme Court at request of Court

In the case of an appeal which involves a question of law alone, the Court may, if it thinks fit, request the Supreme Court or a judge thereof to state the question together with all the circumstances under which the question has arisen in such manner as may be prescribed by rules of court.
