Setting down of appealing for hearing

Except with leave of the Court, granted on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit, no appeal shall be set down for hearing earlier than twenty-one days after the respondent has been served with notice of the grounds of appeal. After the twenty-one days have elapsed either party may set down the appeal for hearing.
