Power to give directions

Where any difficulty arises in the carrying out of the provisions of this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder, the Commission may give such directions as it thinks fit for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder; and any person acting in pursuance thereof shall be deemed to be acting in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations.
