Oath of office

Any person appointed in any capacity to exercise or perform any power or duty conferred or imposed upon him by or under this Act shall take and subscribe to an oath in Form 1 or Form 1A before a Justice of the Peace to act in that capacity faithfully and without partiality, fear, favour or affection and to keep secret whatever information relating to the manner in which any person voted might come to his knowledge while acting in that capacity.
