Application for exemption from taxes and duties

(1) Any council wishing to be exempt from taxes and duties shall apply in writing to the relevant authority. (2) A letter of authorization for the exemption of taxes and/or duties shall be delivered by the relevant authority to the applicant council within eight working days of application, and shall be valid for the duration of the life of the council.
