Handing over of properties by outgoing council

Whenever a newly elected council takes office, there shall be an official handing over of all council properties by the outgoing officers of the former council to the officers of the incoming council. Such handing-over shall take place within two weeks of the expiry of the term of the outgoing council and shall be duly witnessed by officers of the Ministry. Issue of I.D.
