Rates of Water Supply

(1) The rates and charges to be levied by a Board for the supply of water and other services and facilities in its village or community shall be in accordance with a scale made by the Minister from time to time by Order published in the Gazette. (2) An Order made under subsection (1) of this section, (a) may apply in respect of all villages and communities or may set different scales for different villages and communities; and (b) shall be subject to negative resolution by the House of Representatives.
