Documents required to be signed by council to be signed by Chairperson

(1) Unless otherwise provided, any document required to be signed by a council shall be signed by the Chairperson of that council. (2) It shall not be necessary in any legal proceedings to prove any signature purporting to be the signature of the Chairperson or of a member of a council or that a person so signing was the Chairperson or member thereof, and the burden of proof shall be on the person disputing it. 23
