Precautions against fire

(1) No person shall, in or near any storage shed or room, do any act which is likely to cause fire. Town Councils 357 (2) No person shall smoke within a storage shed or room or have in his possession therein any matches or other articles of a highly inflammable or explosive nature. (3) There shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the entrance to every storage shed or room a notice to the effect that smoking, and the possession of matches are prohibited.
