Definitions

In these By-Laws “Central Park” means all that piece or parcel of land known as “Central Park” situated in Orange Walk Town and bounded on the north by Park Street North, on the east by Lovers Lane, on the south by Park Street South and on the West by Queen Victoria Avenue; “Foreman of Works” means the person appointed by the Council for the supervision of all the projects and properties of the Council (Parks inclusive) or any other person acting in place of or with the authority of the Foreman of Works; “Town Council” means the Town Council of Orange Walk.
