Continuing offence

The court shall order the offender to remove his pigs from within the town limits within such period, not exceeding ten days, as may be stated in the order. Any person who fails to comply with such order shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five dollars for each day the offence continues, provided however that such penalty shall not exceed one hundred dollars and the maximum alternative imprisonment shall not exceed one month.
