Exception

(1) This prohibition shall not apply to– (a) the keeping with the written approval of the Council of not more than two barrows by any one person within any one yard; (b) the keeping, with the written approval of the Council, and subject to such conditions as to number, place and period as may be expressed in such approval, of any pigs intended for butchering. Town Councils 325 (2) All pigs kept within the town of Orange Walk under the provisions of paragraph (1) of this by-law shall be kept in a pigsty that is constructed to the satisfaction of a Public Health Inspector.
