Where offender is a juvenile

Dangriga (Playgrounds And Parks) By-Laws, r. 8 · Revised Edition 2020

Where the person committing the offence is a juvenile the parent or guardian of the juvenile shall be held responsible for the 292 Violation of By- Laws.
