Precautions against fire

(1) No person shall, in or near any storage shed or room, do any act which is likely to cause fire. (2) No person shall smoke within a storage shed or room or have in his possession therein any matches or other articles of a highly inflammable or explosive nature. (3) There shall be posted in a conspicuous place at the entrance to every storage shed or room a notice to the effect that smoking, and the possession of matches are prohibited.
