Suspected meat

If on examination as in the preceding By-Law mentioned any meat shall have any appearance of disease or unsoundness, the Clerk of the Market shall notify the owner thereof and unless and until such meat shall have been approved by a medical officer of health such meat shall not be offered for sale.
