Loitering

No person shall loiter about, sit or lie on any of the stalls in or about the Market and any person so doing, besides rendering himself liable to the penalty provided by these By-Laws, may be ejected by the Clerk of the Market, the Assistant Clerk (if any), or any police officer. 182 Town Councils
