Order of transaction of business

The business at each meeting of the Council shall be transacted in the following order– (a) Confirmation of Minutes. (b) Announcements. (c) (d) (e) 166 Town Councils (f) (g) Report of Committees. (h) Correspondence. (i) The ordinary business of the Council. (j) Any urgent business brought before the Council with the leave of the mayor. (k) Resolutions of which due notice have been given or which are brought before the Council with the leave of the mayor.
