Write-offs

Town Councils (Accounting) Regulations, reg. 52 · Revised Edition 2020

Any officer in charge of cash, stores or other property of the Council shall immediately report in writing all losses and deficiencies to the Mayor through the Town Administrator. The mayor shall promptly investigate the matter and shall submit a report in triplicate to the Minister of Local Government with his Town Councils 159
