Errors in issuing receipts; how dealt with

If any error is made while making out a receipt or licence, the receipt or licence shall be cancelled and a new one issued. All cancelled receipts and licences and all copies thereof shall be clearly marked “CANCELLED”, and the original and duplicate copies shall be forwarded with the accounts.
