Custody of receipt books

Town Councils (Accounting) Regulations, reg. 16 · Revised Edition 2020

The District Accountant shall keep all stocks or receipt books and licences on behalf of the Council, issuing a new book only when he is satisfied that the old book is nearing exhaustion.
