Printing, publishing, etc., of prescribed form prohibited

(1) No person other than the Chief Elections Officer or a person authorised by him shall print, or publish any form prescribed by these Regulations. (2) Any person who prints or publishes any form prescribed by these Regulations in contravention of the provisions of this regulation shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable upon summary conviction of a fine of five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term of three months or to both. (3) Any person who distributes any form printed or published in contravention of the provision of this regulation shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable upon summary conviction to a fine of two hundred and fifty dollars or to imprisonment for a term of one month or to both.
