Polling agents and counting agents

(1) Each candidate shall have the power to appoint polling agents to be present at polling stations within the town, provided that not more than one such agent shall be present within a polling station at any one time. (2) Each candidate may appoint not more than three counting agents to attend at the counting of votes. (3) Every appointment of an agent shall be in writing and shall state the name and address of the person and shall be given duly signed by the candidate to the presiding officer or the returning officer as the case may be. 74
