Conduct of election
Town Councils (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 57 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The Returning Officer shall be responsible for the proper carrying out of the provisions of these Regulations in regard to the conduct of elections at the polling station or polling stations.
(2) The Returning Officer shall, where only one polling station is appointed, preside at and conduct the election at the polling
