Insufficient Nomination
Town Councils (Registration Of Electors And Elections) Regulations, reg. 52 · Revised Edition 2020
If no person or an insufficient number of persons shall be nominated and offer themselves for election, the Minister may nominate as many members as may be required to fill the vacant seats.
